About:

                                                                             The goal is simple:

To help patients walk into appointments feeling prepared, confident, and most importantly, heard.

Patients with autoimmune disease are often expected to tell a clear, organized medical story while experiencing: exhaustion, brain fog, pain, anxiety, overwhelm and years of fragmented healthcare experiences.

That’s incredibly hard to do alone. Especially when they feel they are on a time constraint.

Proof was created by a physician assistant who experienced this exact struggle to help patients organize their health story in a way that feels calmer, clearer, and easier to communicate during specialist visits. Not because patients need to “prove” they’re sick — but because complex symptoms are hard to carry and even harder to explain when you’re overwhelmed.

                                                                        What Proof Offers:

Proof provides personalized support for autoimmune and chronic illness patients, including:

- symptom timeline organization
- medical record review
- rheumatology and specialist visit prep
- written appointment summaries
- question planning
- support navigating medical overwhelm

                                             A More Human Approach:

Proof is not a replacement for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. It’s a supportive space created by someone who understands both the clinical side of medicine and the emotional reality of living through complicated health symptoms. Because patients deserve support while navigating difficult health journeys.

And because feeling heard can change everything.

How it Works:

Step 1: Book your review

Choose an available appointment time that works best for you. This reserves dedicated time for me to review your information

Step 2: Complete your intake form

On the "Book Now" page, you'll receive access to a detailed intake form where you can upload medical records, lab results, imaging reports and symptom history.

Step 3: Records Review

I will carefully review the information you provide and organize it into a clear, easy to follow summary designed to help you prepare for your upcoming appointment.

Step 4: Follow-Up

If additional information or clarification is needed, I will contact you directly. If there is something you forgot to mention, you can always e-mail me at info@readyforrheum.com

Step 5: Receive your summary!

Once your review is complete, you will receive your personalized summary sheet including:

 - Key medical history, symptom timeline

 - Pertinent laboratory findings that will be important for the rheumatologist/specialist

 - Questions to consider asking your specialist

 - An organized document you can bring to your appointment to help you feel prepared, heard, and confident.

Proof was created from both sides of medicine. As a healthcare provider, I’ve seen how difficult healthcare can become for patients living with chronic illness — especially when symptoms are complex, constantly changing, or difficult to explain in a short appointment. I’ve also experienced what it feels like to be the patient. To second guess yourself. To minimize symptoms. To convince yourself you’re “probably fine.”  To walk into appointments already questioning whether what you’re experiencing is real enough to bring up. I know what it feels like to become so used to pushing through symptoms that you start gaslighting yourself before anyone else even has the chance to. And I know how overwhelming it is trying to organize years of symptoms, labs, flares, specialist visits, medications, and unanswered questions into a conversation that only lasts a few minutes.

That experience is why Proof exists.

To every patient who knew something wasn’t right — who was told, “It’s just anxiety,” or “Everything looks normal,” and kept advocating for yourself anyway. You are tough. You are not crazy. You deserve to be heard. Keep fighting. Keep pushing. Find the provider who listens. They are rare — but they are out there. Sometimes the bravest act isn’t leaving the room – it is staying long enough to be heard.
